Tell your planner the dates, the headcount and what the group is into. They are in Sofia, so they know which venues are worth holding.
Check the activities, the hotel and the running order. Once you approve it, the reservations are made and the confirmations reach you long before the flight.
Your guide is there when the group arrives. The venues expect you, the driver is waiting, and nobody in the group has to organize a thing.

The same weekend, arranged three ways. The first column is the one we run.

Good venues go months ahead, and summer goes first. Send your dates and your headcount.
The questions groups ask before they book.
Yes. Prices sit around Prague levels, there are fewer tourists in the way, and the clubs run until sunrise. Daytime is the karting track or the paintball field. At night it is a guided bar crawl through the city center, where beer costs very little. Visiting groups get an easy welcome here, including at the door.
Serious. A night out here is a full commitment, and the clubs are still open at first light. The range runs from techno rooms in communist-era buildings to rooftop bars worth a photograph. Bar crawl drinks are strong, the prices are honest, and the next venue is usually a short walk, so nobody needs a taxi between bars.
A budget weekend starts near €80 a head. Going all out on premium activities with the VIP treatment reaches €300 and above. Even that upper figure costs less than one big night in most western European capitals, and it covers two full days of activities, somewhere to sleep and plenty to drink. Most groups settle between €150 and €200 each.
Two months is the minimum. That gives your planner time to hold the venues you actually want, rather than the ones still free a week out. Booking that early often costs less as well, and everyone gets a fair run at flights and time off work.
Read through the packages and the activity list, choose what suits the group, and your planner arranges everything after that. If what you want is not listed, send a message and we will build the weekend from scratch around the groom.
Most weekends are built around a bar crawl, with paintball, go-karting and the shooting range alongside it. For groups who want more than drinking there are escape rooms, brewery tours, outdoor trips and strip clubs. The list runs to 46 activities, and anything missing from it is still worth asking about.
Because the team lives in the city. We know which venues are worth the money, which activities are worth the time, and which places only exist to charge a visitor twice. Those last ones never make it into your weekend.
Start with the bar crawl. It is the one fixed point: a planned route through the best bars in town, with drinking games that get the group talking faster than any round of introductions. Keep go-karting or paintball for the daytime, so everyone has earned a drink by evening, then finish the night at a gentlemen's club. The mix that works is one activity with some substance, beer tasting included, and one thing the group will still bring up years later.
Yes, and late on a Saturday it is calmer than most big European city centers. Crime is low, people are friendly toward visitors, and there are no football crowds hunting for a fight. Your guide knows the few streets to avoid and stays with the group, so you can get on with the weekend.
Most levels cover the hotel, the guided activities and entry to the clubs. Meals come with some of them rather than all. Transfers, reservations and the paperwork are ours to handle, so nobody in the group loses six months to admin. The full contents of your level are written out before you pay.
Yes. Twenty guys works, and so does six. A small group gets closer attention and can change the plan at short notice, while a large one earns a group rate and can take over a venue for the night. We have run both ends of that range and most sizes in between.
April to October is the stretch that works best: warm enough for the outdoor activities and fine for the indoor ones, without anyone standing around cold. Summer is the busiest part of it, and also when the rooftop bars are at their best. Spring and fall bring lower prices and fewer people. Winter suits groups who like Christmas markets, warm bars and mulled wine between stops.
All of them, at a fluent level rather than a few learned phrases. Every guide is from Sofia and can find the next place without looking at a map, so the small questions and the real emergencies get the same calm answer. They handle groups several drinks in without drama, and they know when to sit down with you and when to step in.
Usually, yes. Every group has the guy who remembers a family birthday at the worst moment. Tell your planner as soon as you know and the headcount is changed. What can still change depends on how late you tell us and on what is already reserved. Numbers and activities usually move without anyone else paying for it. Asking for the whole weekend back the day before the flight is a different question.
Yes. A driver meets the group at Sofia Airport and takes you to where you are staying, which is easier than working out local transport with luggage and a hangover. The pickup is in most packages and can be added to the rest, so the weekend starts at arrivals instead of in a taxi line.
